Senior Manager Key Accounts

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to ensure the Merchant Sales Channel aligns with company objectives.
• Drive profitable growth within Wavin product ranges through strategic planning and execution.
• Lead senior-level negotiations for major Key Account groups to secure agreements and expand market share.
• Develop and implement UK sales strategies to grow specific product lines in line with overall business direction.
• Manage the full HR lifecycle for the team, providing coaching, support, and leadership.
• Maintain and enhance senior-level relationships with major distributor partners and key customers.
• Ensure all team activities and commercial terms adhere to established authorization procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership credentials with experience in training and coaching teams.
• Significant experience within the building products or construction industry.
• Strong sales forecasting acumen and ability to drive data-led, action-oriented plans.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate complex agreements at a national level.
• Solid experience managing the end-to-end sales process within the industry.
• Strategic decision-making skills with the ability to act decisively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and influencing skills.
