Senior Manager, Jurídico de Asuntos Contenciosos

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and implement litigation strategies across various legal matters to ensure correct execution.
• Supervise and follow up on ongoing legal matters, including lawsuits, appeals, administrative procedures, and enforcement actions.
• Lead and coordinate legal teams by assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high technical quality standards.
• Draft and review lawsuits, responses, motions, appeals, and other legal documents with high technical rigor.
• Manage relationships with external law firms, requesting reports and supervising case progress to ensure strategic defense.
• Generate executive reports regarding the status of litigation, contingencies, and proposals for decision-making.
• Provide legal consultations to various internal departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations.

Requirements

• Law degree with a valid professional license (cédula profesional).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in litigation and administrative procedures.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating legal teams.
• Solid knowledge of civil, constitutional, administrative, and telecommunications law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation and executive reporting.
• Intermediate English skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law.
• Experience in economic competition, intellectual property, or copyright law.
