Senior Manager IT Supply Chain & ERP

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects focusing on Supply Chain optimization and ERP deployment for international clients in the Luxury and Retail sectors.
• Analyze, formalize, and redesign business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops to gather user requirements and draft functional and technical specifications.
• Drive change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support business development by managing client relationships and participating in pre-sales activities.
• Manage and mentor project teams, including recruitment, coaching, and professional development.

Requirements

• Engineering, Business, or University degree, ideally with a focus on IT, Digital, or Information Systems.
• 6+ years of professional experience in IT consulting or project management.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain technologies including WMS, TMS, OMS, and Reverse Logistics.
• Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-oriented mindset.
