Senior Manager, IT Shared Services

Responsibilities

• Act as the founding offshore leader for the QA and DevOps function within Enterprise Applications.
• Design and own the enterprise QA strategy across Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, MuleSoft, and Snowflake platforms.
• Champion shift-left testing practices by embedding QA into sprint ceremonies and story refinement.
• Build automated regression, smoke, and integration test suites to achieve high automation coverage.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom integrations.
• Govern environment management, sandbox strategy, and release orchestration.
• Hire, onboard, and lead a team of 6–10 QA engineers and DevOps practitioners.
• Partner with AI Governance teams to develop test strategies for AI agent workflows and pilot AI-assisted test generation tools.

Requirements

• 12+ years of combined QA and DevOps experience in enterprise SaaS or large-scale IT environments.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including building offshore teams.
• Hands-on Salesforce QA and/or DevOps experience using tools like Provar, Gearset, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
• Strong command of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Service Cloud, MuleSoft, and Oracle Fusion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present roadmaps and metrics to executive leadership.
