Senior Manager, IT Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmaps for internal business applications like ERP, CRM, and HRIS
• Lead the Plan and Commit process for all Business Technology requests and prioritize projects based on ROI and strategic alignment
• Develop and maintain a standardized Organizational Change Management (OCM) playbook for all BT-led initiatives
• Oversee QA, UAT processes, and the BT release calendar to ensure high-quality system deployments
• Govern the end-to-end software asset lifecycle management program and centralized SaaS intake processes
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT Product Management and Asset Management teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT/business systems product management
• 5+ years of experience in people management
• Proven experience owning end-to-end product strategy for enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SaaS governance, software asset management, and IT financial management
• Ability to define and execute Enterprise AI strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth technology company
• Familiarity with ITAM frameworks and ITSM/ITAM platforms
• Experience leading organizational change management for major system deployments
• Exposure to enterprise architecture governance and ARB processes
