Senior Manager, IT Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the IT audit agenda by assessing technology risk, change initiatives, and control effectiveness.
• Lead and oversee specialist IT audits, including the management of co-sourced providers.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit leadership to evolve the Audit Universe and Annual Audit Plan.
• Oversee audit delivery, workload planning, and integrated audit activity using data-enabled techniques.
• Review audit work to ensure robust evidence and alignment with IIA standards.
• Build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and contribute to Executive and Board reporting.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering risk-based IT internal audits within complex, global environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, and technology governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical issues clearly.
• Experience managing audit workloads and overseeing specialist third-party providers.
• A collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching and developing others.
• Ability to operate with integrity, independence, and a commercial mindset in a changing landscape.
