Senior Manager - IT Development

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop approximately 20 employees across two development teams
• Ensure high quality, stable operation, and timely deliveries across solutions and platforms
• Support OK's strategic direction for product areas with appropriate development capabilities
• Represent IT in dialogue with the business to ensure correct governance and informed decision-making
• Manage cross-functional prioritization, capacity allocation, and organizational development
• Manage budgets and oversee cooperation and agreements with external vendors and partners
• Foster a motivating work environment with high well-being and professional communities

Requirements

• Relevant educational background and leadership experience from IT development
• Several years of experience in formal personnel management of IT development teams
• Experience working in large organizations with many stakeholders
• Solid understanding of central principles and paradigms within software development
• Experience with change management
• Ability to translate business ambitions into concrete development initiatives focused on customer needs
