About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop approximately 20 employees across two development teams
- Ensure high quality, stable operation, and timely deliveries across solutions and platforms
- Support OK's strategic direction for product areas with appropriate development capabilities
- Represent IT in dialogue with the business to ensure correct governance and informed decision-making
- Manage cross-functional prioritization, capacity allocation, and organizational development
- Manage budgets and oversee cooperation and agreements with external vendors and partners
- Foster a motivating work environment with high well-being and professional communities
Requirements
- Relevant educational background and leadership experience from IT development
- Several years of experience in formal personnel management of IT development teams
- Experience working in large organizations with many stakeholders
- Solid understanding of central principles and paradigms within software development
- Experience with change management
- Ability to translate business ambitions into concrete development initiatives focused on customer needs
