Senior Manager, IT Delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to a technical support team responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing software and tools.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT project delivery, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and management of IT vendor products and third-party service providers.
• Partner with business leaders to shape IT demand and ensure technology solutions deliver significant business impact.
• Manage and develop a global workforce by hiring, training, and setting performance standards for technical staff.
• Enhance cybersecurity frameworks by integrating advanced security measures and best practices into all IT projects.
• Mitigate project risks and monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or technology leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in software implementation and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong experience in vendor management, risk mitigation, and budget control.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and integrating security into IT solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
