Senior Manager, IT Asset Management (ITAM)

Responsibilities

• Lead the global IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy, aligning practices with enterprise technology, sourcing, financial, and risk objectives
• Define and manage the global ITAM operating model, establishing roles and performance expectations across regions
• Serve as the business and governance owner for Flexera One ITAM and IT Visibility platforms
• Establish enterprise IT Asset Governance in partnership with IT, Procurement, Finance, Security, and Legal teams
• Own the enterprise approach to software and hardware entitlements, licensing strategy, and compliance risk management
• Ensure ITAM practices are aligned with ITIL-based service management processes and support the CMDB
• Drive measurable business value through reduced audit risk, improved compliance, and optimized technology spend

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technology field
• 10 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or related enterprise leadership roles
• Deep working knowledge of Flexera One ITAM and IT Visibility platforms
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management and collaboration with CMDB/ITSM teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, global ITAM programs in complex or federated organizations
• Deep understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, entitlement management, and governance frameworks
• Proven ability to influence across executive, functional, and geographic boundaries
