Senior Manager, IS IT

Responsibilities

• Lead the NMIPL IS-IT organization to manage business applications, project execution, and vendor management
• Execute new projects to support business plans while managing multiple vendors under quality, cost, and time constraints
• Oversee global system roll-outs based on fit-gap analysis and regional business requirements
• Manage system support activities against SLAs and KPIs to ensure high availability and service delivery
• Drive process automation to reduce manual work and improve business efficiency
• Manage Capex and Opex budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting
• Act as a key liaison between the AMIEO IT central organization and local business teams
• Identify risks and implement Kaizen activities to reduce business impact and incidents

Requirements

• Graduate degree in an IT field, Masters in Computer Application, or BE/BTech in Computer Science
• 12-15+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and upward communication
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in the Automotive sector IT domain
• Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Experience with CRM solutions
