Senior Manager Investment Process

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and continuous optimization of end-to-end Retail Investment processes within Virtual Connect
• Act as the primary Process Owner accountable for process integrity, scalability, and consistency across all channels
• Drive performance against KPIs including business outcomes, process health, risk, and adoption metrics
• Design and implement reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools to provide decision-ready insights
• Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives focused on simplification, automation, and efficiency
• Ensure all process documentation, including SOPs and process maps, remains accurate and meets enterprise standards
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and regulatory adherence

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in process management, operations, or transformation roles
• Deep expertise in process design, optimization, and data analysis
• Strong knowledge of risk and regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and operate at an enterprise level
• Strong understanding of Retail Investment processes or Virtual Connect operating models is preferred
