Senior Manager – Investment, PLM & Document Intelligence Platforms

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end platform portfolio across investment planning, engineering design, permitting, tendering, project execution, asset and pipeline management
• Manage enterprise document and contract-lifecycle platforms including Legal/CLM and engineering document control
• Define and maintain a single product roadmap for the investment lifecycle and supporting documents
• Deploy AI-driven document workflows for data extraction, normalization, and summarization
• Partner with Finance, Investment, and M&A teams to connect document evidence to capital decisions
• Integrate platforms across ERP cores such as SAP, Oracle, and IFS
• Lead Agile delivery through system integrators and SaaS vendors
• Manage system integrators, SaaS/ERP vendors, and AI vendors while enforcing SLAs and KPIs

Requirements

• 14–18+ years in enterprise systems and product/platform ownership
• 6+ years in control-based document ecosystems (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Syntex)
• 5+ years delivering enterprise document-transformation programs
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven document workflows and agent-based orchestration (Azure OpenAI, Copilot)
• Experience with PLM and project-based ERP systems (IFS Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Projects)
• Knowledge of investment lifecycle, M&A processes, and capital project development
• Proficiency in API-first architecture and operational reporting via Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Data/AI, Finance, or a related field
• Background in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or financial/investment platforms
