Senior Manager – Investment, PLM & Document Intelligence Platforms

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end platform portfolio across investment planning, engineering design, permitting, tendering, project execution, and asset management.
• Manage enterprise document and contract-lifecycle platforms, including legal CLM, engineering document control, and M&A due-diligence documentation.
• Define and maintain a single product roadmap that treats the investment lifecycle and supporting documents as a unified digital thread.
• Deploy AI-driven document workflows for data ingestion, extraction, normalization, and summarization.
• Enable Human-in-the-Loop approvals and agent-to-agent orchestration across enterprise systems.
• Partner with Finance, Investment, and M&A teams to connect document evidence to capital decisions and portfolio visibility.
• Integrate platforms across ERP cores (SAP/Oracle), procurement, and asset management systems.
• Lead Agile delivery through system integrators and SaaS vendors, ensuring compliance, traceability, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Data/AI, Finance, or a related field.
• 14–18+ years of experience in enterprise systems and product/platform ownership.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise document ecosystems (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Syntex).
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven document workflows and agent-based orchestration (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot).
• Deep knowledge of investment lifecycles, M&A processes, and capital project development.
• Experience with PLM and project-based ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, or Oracle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end deployment of PLM and project-based ERP systems across the full lifecycle from design to optimization.
• Experience with API-first/composable architecture and ERP integration.
• Background in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or financial/investment platforms.
• Proficiency in delivering operational reporting via SaaS-native tooling and Power BI.
