Senior Manager, International Game Development

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end deal processes for NFL International Games, from market evaluation to operational planning.
• Create and manage prospectus materials, commercial proposals, and reporting for new game market negotiations.
• Collaborate with prospective hosts on commercial and operational questions, working alongside Events, Finance, Media, and Legal teams.
• Partner with international market leadership to ensure host partnerships support fan development, marketing, and NFL FLAG growth.
• Manage inbound interest from prospective host partners globally and project manage updates to core NFL Hosting Requirements.
• Coordinate hosting and observer programs for prospective partners at major NFL events, including the Super Bowl.
• Prepare strategic presentations for NFL Senior Leadership and Club Ownership.
• Track and analyze global sports trends to provide strategic recommendations for international expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategy, finance, or project management.
• Proven experience in international live events or within the sports industry.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment and travel internationally regularly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the global sports landscape (e.g., Premier League, Bundesliga).
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously across different territories.
• Additional spoken languages are a plus.
