Senior Manager, International Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Own fulfillment performance across all EMEA warehouse operations
• Define and execute a 12–24 month fulfillment roadmap aligned with company growth strategy
• Lead capacity planning, peak readiness strategy, and network scalability initiatives
• Establish and own a robust KPI framework including OTIF, order accuracy, and cost per order
• Drive data-led decision making and implement corrective action plans
• Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Managers and operational teams
• Identify and implement workflow improvements using Lean principles
• Ensure accurate inventory management and oversee cycle count programs
• Partner with Logistics, E-commerce, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales to align execution with business priorities

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in fulfillment, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience managing multi-site or 3PL warehouse environments
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and WMS expertise
• Demonstrated success improving KPIs and reducing operational costs
• Experience leading leaders rather than just individual contributors
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Comfortable presenting operational performance at senior leadership level
