Senior Manager, Internal Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop brief, relevant, and compelling communication strategies
• Design communication architecture including employee portals, knowledge repositories, and Slack workflows
• Create internal and social content in partnership with executives
• Manage HR communications for major people initiatives
• Lead communication efforts for change management and organizational shifts
• Develop an internal communications playbook for leaders
• Organize speaker series and internal/external programming
• Manage employee feedback mechanisms, surveys, and engagement metrics
• Participate in the annual leadership summit planning team

Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to make complex technical topics engaging
• Expertise in change management
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, and project management tools
• Comfort and curiosity regarding the use of AI in daily workflows
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business
