Senior Manager, Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the enterprise risk management (ERM) program and translate risk into actionable plans
• Plan, execute, and report on risk-based business reviews, advisory, and assurance engagements
• Own major components of ICFR (SOX) assessments, including scoping, testing, and deficiency management
• Deliver rapid, risk-based insights and foresight to business leaders
• Work alongside agentic AI teammates to automate audit workflows and improve judgment
• Coach team members and manage co-source relationships to build a strong talent bench

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive internal audit, external audit, or risk advisory experience
• Deep expertise in SOX 404 (scoping, testing, and remediation)
• Strong command of risk-based auditing and enterprise risk assessment
• Experience managing co-source relationships
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven auditing
• Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior leadership
• Willingness to travel, including internationally, for fieldwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 or national firm foundation
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification
• CFE certification
• Experience in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing industries
• Experience with global/multinational supply chains
• AI fluency or a strong drive to adopt AI tools
