Senior Manager, Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inside Sales Team by managing hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Establish standard operating procedures for lead qualification, quoting, order processing, and technical support
• Partner with Field Sales to create seamless handoffs and feedback loops
• Drive coordination across regional hubs in Cotati, Duluth, and Snowden
• Integrate self-serve and dealer channels by partnering with marketing and software teams
• Own inside sales metrics including productivity, order accuracy, and response time

Requirements

• 5+ years of individual selling experience in a high-velocity building materials environment
• 2+ years of experience managing inside sales individual contributors
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment
• Direct industry knowledge in lumber, wood products, or building materials
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Ability to travel regularly between regional hubs

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of promoting or developing team members
• Experience building sales processes from scratch without a pre-existing playbook
