About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a large team of researchers to provide professional client services and high-quality research projects
- Manage business development by identifying new potential clients and building long-term winning relationships
- Independently collect client briefs and write professional, winning research proposals
- Deliver advanced statistical analysis and provide value-added summary recommendations
- Present research findings to clients effectively in English
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to Project Managers and Research Executives
- Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery and maintain expected profit margins
- Control field costs and advise on improvements to operational productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree from a top-tier university
- 5-8 years of experience in market research (agency or client side)
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and oral)
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced analytical, presentation, and logical thinking skills
- Strong people management and business development capabilities
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure and within a team environment
