About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a large team of researchers to provide professional client services and high-quality research projects
  • Manage business development by identifying new potential clients and building long-term winning relationships
  • Independently collect client briefs and write professional, winning research proposals
  • Deliver advanced statistical analysis and provide value-added summary recommendations
  • Present research findings to clients effectively in English
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to Project Managers and Research Executives
  • Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery and maintain expected profit margins
  • Control field costs and advise on improvements to operational productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree from a top-tier university
  • 5-8 years of experience in market research (agency or client side)
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced analytical, presentation, and logical thinking skills
  • Strong people management and business development capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure and within a team environment
