Senior Manager, Infrastructure Data Science

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on infrastructure planning and scalability
• Promote a data-driven approach to infrastructure decisions across engineering and support
• Implement solutions to predict and mitigate infrastructure risks and failures
• Spearhead analyses to improve resource utilization and cost efficiency
• Establish data frameworks to empower support teams in troubleshooting product issues
• Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements

• 10+ years of infrastructure data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics experience
• 5+ years of management experience hiring and developing teams
• Experience developing ML and AI products in a cloud environment
• Strong knowledge of statistics and rigorous analytical techniques
• Proficiency with data visualization, data engineering, and big data technologies
• MS or Ph.D. in Statistics, Math, CS, or Engineering
