Senior Manager – Infrastructure and Workplace Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise site technology initiatives across the Americas.
• Oversee network implementation programs including site builds, closures, expansions, and infrastructure modernization.
• Manage a multi-million-dollar project portfolio with accountability for forecasting, budget management, and financial accuracy.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Corporate Real Estate to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Drive accountability across strategic suppliers, deployment partners, and infrastructure vendors.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for critical site-impacting incidents and high-risk project issues.
• Foster a high-performing culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, workplace technology, or large-scale site deployment programs.
• Proven success managing complex project portfolios with budgets exceeding $1M.
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies, including WAN, LAN, and WiFi.
• Strong proficiency in project and program management methodologies.
• Extensive experience in vendor and partner management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through matrixed organizations.
