Senior Manager, Industrial Security

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all Special Access Programs (SAP) and Intelligence Community (IC) security issues.
• Oversee facility security functions including SAPF operations, personnel security, physical security, and information security.
• Serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and support DCSA requirements.
• Implement national security directives including NISPOM, ICDs, and SAP directives.
• Formulate and execute security policies, procedures, and protocols consistent with governing requirements.
• Manage security education, training, indoctrination briefings, and annual refresher training.
• Lead strategic planning for SAP facility modifications and future expansions.
• Interface with external customers, including Government agencies, associate contractors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of relevant experience, OR
• Graduate Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, OR
• 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Security Manager at a Cleared Defense Contractor (CDC).
• Completion of an accredited/approved CSSO course.
• Other professional security accreditations or certifications.
