Senior Manager, Implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small group of Implementation Managers, providing guidance and development support
• Own end-to-end onboarding for complex or high-impact customers, including ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
• Partner with the Head of Implementation to refine playbooks, standardize workflows, and improve internal tooling
• Act as a subject matter expert on accounting and revenue recognition concepts for customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify product gaps and prioritize enhancements
• Track delivery metrics and implement process changes to maintain quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or professional services at SaaS or fintech companies
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team while maintaining direct project ownership
• Strong technical and accounting fluency, specifically regarding ASC 606, order-to-cash workflows, or ERP integrations
• Proven ability to manage complex client implementations end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills for finance, accounting, and technical stakeholders
• Based in New York City and available to work 5 days per week in office at the Soho HQ

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in accounting or finance software
• CPA or Big Four experience
