Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic HRBP for LA-based teams, TCG, and IT teams
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and enhance HR service delivery
- Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Coach leaders through growth, organizational change, and performance management
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations and terminations
- Act as the HR site lead for the Los Angeles office
- Partner on employee engagement, onboarding, and site culture initiatives
- Support globally distributed teams across the US and UK
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP experience
- Experience partnering with leaders in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership coaching
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to improve productivity
- Ability to influence decisions using data and business insights
- Working knowledge of California employment law
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Global HR experience
- SHRM or PHR certification
