Senior Manager - Human Resources & Admin

Responsibilities

• Define department objectives to align with company human resources goals
• Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, safety, and recreation programs
• Recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill staff vacancies
• Provide employees with information on company policies, job responsibilities, and benefits
• Foster a positive work environment and facilitate communication between management and staff
• Guide managers on HR policy issues including equal employment opportunity and harassment
• Review and propose competitive and legally compliant compensation and benefits
• Assess training needs and design employee development programs
• Maintain personnel records and prepare reports on hiring, transfers, and performance
• Supervise job evaluations, classifications, and position ratings
• Monitor departmental expenses and stay within budget
• Support the implementation of 5S, SHE, and ISO 14001 programs
• Comply with all internal and external EHS rules and risk management requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline
• 10 years of direct experience in Human Resources
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in human resources management within a manufacturing environment
