Senior Manager, HUB - Legal Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a harmonized Legal operating model to drive standardization and efficiency
• Create and roll out Legal playbooks, including standardized guidance, templates, and workflows
• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives across multiple markets, categories, and legal subject areas
• Diagnose structural inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve alignment between teams and processes
• Own transformation workstreams related to regulatory projects, compliance, and internal governance
• Drive the adoption of Legal technology and knowledge-management tools to enable automation and data-driven decision-making
• Develop mechanisms for tracking and reporting progress on Legal priorities and project workplans

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; advanced degree in business or operations is an advantage
• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, program management, or operations within a multinational environment
• Proven expertise in driving cross-functional change initiatives and process optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable workplans
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Legal department, legal operations, or a compliance/regulatory function
• Formal certification in Project Management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience in a global corporate environment, specifically within FMCG, pharma, or consumer healthcare
• Knowledge of legal processes and compliance frameworks in multi-market environments
• Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French, German)
