Senior Manager HRBP

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor providing HR leadership and strategic guidance to a results-oriented corporate organization
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute programs including talent management, succession planning, and compensation
• Utilize consulting processes to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions to address business issues
• Drive HR standardization, processes, and efficiencies across departments
• Counsel business leaders on leadership practices, decision-making, and team development
• Drive manager accountability for employee engagement, performance management, and individual development plans
• Partner with leaders to evaluate future talent needs and organizational structures
• Lead organizational change interventions to facilitate transitions such as acquisitions or restructuring
• Foster a high-performing, results-driven culture through proactive performance management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive business or HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and programs
• Demonstrated success in executing change initiatives
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple functions within a complex matrix environment
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
