About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor on organization design, talent management, and performance
- Develop and maintain salary structures, job grades, and compensation frameworks
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitiveness
- Oversee annual salary review, bonus, and incentive cycles
- Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness, and retirement plans
- Optimize benefits offerings to improve employee experience and retention
- Lead and develop HRBP and C&B capabilities within the internal HR team
- Ensure alignment and scalability of HR programs across different markets
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven exposure in both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits roles
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Deep knowledge of organizational design and performance management
- Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments, preferably in technology
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability
