Senior Manager, HR

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior executives, providing guidance aligned with company values and business priorities
• Lead and oversee critical HR programs including talent planning, workforce planning, and organizational development
• Manage high-risk employee relations issues and partner on sensitive talent matters with discretion
• Drive organizational change and transformation efforts to support business evolution
• Design and lead scalable people programs across multiple teams and geographies
• Use data and analytics to influence talent strategies and drive measurable business impact
• Optimize HR operations by leveraging tools, systems thinking, and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience in human resources
• 5+ years of experience working with Sales teams and incentive programs
• Deep expertise in employee relations and coaching leaders on policy application
• Strong strategic business acumen and ability to influence Director+ level leaders
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional HR projects
• Proficiency in using people data and analytics to drive decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• HR experience within a tech start-up or high-growth environment
• Experience supporting business functions such as Finance, Legal, or Communications
• Specific experience designing sales incentive programs for Ads Sales teams
• Passion for Snap Inc. products and augmented reality technology
