Senior Manager - HR Process Improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of process improvement professionals to drive efficiency and reduce costs within HR Shared Services
• Identify, design, and implement process enhancements to optimize workflows and improve the employee experience
• Document current HR processes and conduct studies to identify opportunities for optimization
• Manage HR process improvement projects from initiation to completion, facilitating cross-functional collaboration
• Drive the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools through comprehensive change management and training
• Use data analytics and root cause analysis to monitor performance and provide insights to senior leadership
• Coach and mentor direct reports in HR acumen, business acumen, and relationship building

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of people management experience, including leading HR professionals
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation
• Proven experience with process mapping and employee experience journey mapping
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at the senior executive level
• Experience supporting multiple employee types and lines of business

• Experience working in both entrepreneurial cultures and large, established companies
• Experience coaching and advising employees at multiple levels, from front-line hourly staff to executives
