Senior Manager, HR Operations & Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize core HR Operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
• Standardize HR processes, documentation, and operating procedures to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Identify process gaps and manual redundancies to implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions and AI-driven workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth execution of People programs.
• Establish and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead change management, communications, and training related to People Operations processes and tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for delivering employee-centered HR operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, Shared Services, or HR program delivery.
• Demonstrated success leading and improving HR processes in a complex or high-growth organization.
• Strong experience in process design, SOP development, and operational governance.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, Legal, and Finance.
• Experience leading change management and implementing process improvements at scale.
• Ability to use data and metrics to identify trends and guide decision-making.
• Prior leadership experience, including team development and performance management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Workday HR environments.
• Experience partnering with IT to deliver HR system implementations and integrations.
• Experience in SaaS or fast-paced technology environments.
