Senior Manager, HR Operations and Systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business owner for the HR systems ecosystem, with deep ownership of UKG and oversight of platforms like Greenhouse.
• Manage day-to-day administration, including configuration, permissions, security roles, workflows, and issue resolution.
• Architect HR systems and processes to support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Design and optimize integrations between HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other people systems to improve data flow and reduce manual work.
• Partner with IT and Enterprise Applications to define technical requirements, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Ensure system-enabled compliance, controls, and audit readiness through robust governance and documentation.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to ensure data integrity and structured systems that support reliable reporting.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS administration and configuration.
• Proven experience designing, managing, or supporting integrations between HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
• Experience partnering with IT teams on technical requirements and implementation planning.
• Strong understanding of how systems support employee lifecycle operations and compliance controls.
• Excellent written documentation and process-design skills.
• Ability to manage confidential employee and organizational data with high integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with UKG administration.
• Experience managing or overseeing talent platforms such as Greenhouse, TalentWall, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
