Senior Manager, HR

Entrupy has developed a patented technology system which utilizes a combination of AI and computer vision to instantly identify and authenticate high value physical goods.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR leader and point of contact for India
• Partner with managers to support team effectiveness, performance management, and organizational design
• Coach and develop managers to build strong leadership capabilities
• Own and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and practices
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Work with the Mangalore Site Manager to ensure strong execution of HR operations and culture
• Partner with the global HR team and support broader APAC initiatives, including Japan
• Drive initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience
• Oversee core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
• Build and refine scalable HR systems and processes to support company growth

Requirements

• 8–15 years of HR experience
• Strong background in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles in fast-growing environments
• Experience serving as the lead HR partner for a region or business unit
• Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR policies
• Experience working with APAC teams, ideally including exposure to Japan
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong communication skills to build trust at all levels
