Senior Manager - Hospitality Project Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of hospitality assets across planning, design, and construction stages
• Drive strategic project performance through project controls, monitoring cost, programme, quality, scope, and risk
• Lead project governance and reporting, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-making
• Coordinate and manage interfaces between consultants, contractors, operators, and internal teams to ensure alignment
• Develop and maintain detailed project management plans, programmes, and coordination trackers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in project or construction management on major real estate or infrastructure developments
• 5-7+ years of client-side or developer-side experience
• Strong understanding of project delivery and controls
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Primavera P6 and Aconex
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Professional certification or chartered status such as PMP, MRICS, MCIOB, CEng, or RIBA
• Experience delivering hospitality assets and interfacing with hotel operators
• Experience working within KSA, GCC, or similar large-scale development environments
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships including government authorities and delivery partners
