About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of the Home & Cottage Lottery programs.
  • Manage key operational workstreams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
  • Lead the execution of the lottery transformation roadmap, including the implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • Analyze sales, player, and marketing data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams.
  • Manage external vendor relationships, including coordination and performance monitoring.
  • Champion a best-in-class player experience and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or business leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and develop solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lottery, gaming, charitable gaming, fundraising, or e-commerce.
  • Experience supporting business transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Familiarity with customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and business case development.
