About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional business partners to develop compelling product value propositions to optimize access, reimbursement, and uptake.
- Identify HEOR evidence requirements and design studies including prospective/retrospective observational studies, real-world data analyses, registry studies, and cost-effectiveness modeling.
- Conduct population, disease state, and epidemiology analyses to inform clinical development and life-cycle management.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) strategies, ensuring PRO endpoints are integrated into product labeling and pivotal studies.
- Include PRO studies in NDA/MAA dossiers and interact with regulatory agencies.
- Report, publish, and disseminate HEOR data and study results in compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver HEOR presentations to customers to support reimbursement decisions across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Alliance partners on HEOR plans, studies, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Advanced graduate degree (PhD, MS, or PharmD) in an HEOR-related field such as health economics, epidemiology, healthcare data analytics, or public health.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience.
- For PharmD: 3+ years of fellowship training, pharma, or consulting experience in HEOR is required.
- For MS: At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong technical expertise in the design and conduct of HEOR studies and models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to Senior Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in immunology therapeutic areas.
