Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Talent Operations professionals
- Own the full recruiting tech stack including ATS, scheduling, and sourcing tools
- Execute and track the company's headcount plan in partnership with finance
- Build scalable interview operations and scheduling infrastructure
- Scale core recruiting programs such as interviewer enablement and referral programs
- Ensure recruiting processes meet compliance requirements across global jurisdictions
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant operations experience
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
- Experience supporting a large, complex recruiting organization (30+ recruiters preferred)
- Strong headcount planning, workforce planning, and reporting experience
- Proven ability to build scalable processes in high-growth environments
- Experience supporting global hiring and multi-jurisdiction compliance
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience specifically in talent or recruiting operations
