Senior Manager - Hardware Returns & Failure Analysis

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end returns pipeline including intake, triage, diagnostics, and traceability
• Iterate diagnostic processes to improve accuracy and reduce no-fault-founds
• Personally contribute to high-impact or deeply ambiguous failure mode investigations
• Build and manage the failure analysis lab capability, including X-Ray/CT and SEM
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and production teams to communicate technical trends and insights
• Hire and develop a high-performance technical team focused on root-cause analysis

Requirements

• Deep electronics engineering experience with hands-on hardware debugging
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles building high-performance teams
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings to cross-functional teams
• Principled, evidence-based approach to root-cause analysis
• Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
