Senior Manager, GTM Strategy and Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects on behalf of the CRO, Accounts, to unblock organizational bottlenecks
• Architect and scale value engineering frameworks to help Account Managers prove ROI to complex clients
• Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to track critical value drivers and industry benchmarks
• Partner with post-sales leadership to design and launch new professional services and revenue-generating offerings
• Refine client engagement methodologies, including risk assessment, implementation, and change management processes
• Synthesize complex business intelligence, KPIs, and qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations for the customer journey

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or high-growth tech
• Proficiency in applying AI to amplify strategic planning and daily operational output
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite and CXO leaders in high-ownership environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial and operational data into actionable insights
• Experience with leading SaaS tools such as Salesforce or ThoughtSpot
• Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments and build structure where none exists
