Senior Manager, GTM FP&A

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to GTM ecosystem teams, leading annual planning for headcount and operating expenses
• Lead GTM ecosystem projects and track efficiency metrics, including CAC, CAC payback, and net new ARR to expense ratios
• Partner with business leaders as a thought partner to analyze historical performance and identify efficiency opportunities
• Develop recommendations on strategic investments, including marketing spend, technical solutions headcount, and sales support ratios
• Manage the career development and mentorship of team members
• Collaborate with the broader FP&A team to support organizational scaling and financial analytics

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in GTM FP&A, Strategy/Operations, investment banking, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience building financial models and managing complex data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CFA designation
• Experience with Pigment
• Understanding of consumption-based software business models
