Senior Manager, GSI Partnership Programs

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and evolve AMD’s GSI partner program framework globally and regionally
• Develop scalable tiering models, competency frameworks, and certification requirements
• Manage go-to-market funding programs, including MDF, co-marketing investments, and solution incentives
• Establish investment frameworks to maximize pipeline creation and revenue impact
• Lead partner enablement initiatives, including the creation of playbooks, tools, and competency journeys
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to operationalize programs through systems and workflows
• Track and report on program performance, including partner-sourced pipeline and ROI

Requirements

• Experience designing and scaling partner programs in complex technology ecosystems
• Deep understanding of GSI, SI, alliance, and cloud partner business models
• Strong program management and stakeholder influence skills
• Financial acumen with experience managing investments, budgets, and ROI
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience working with GSIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, or Wipro
• Experience in enterprise technology environments like AI, cloud, data center, or infrastructure
• Experience with major cloud partner programs (e.g., AWS APN, Microsoft AI Cloud, or Google Cloud Partner Advantage)
• MBA or advanced degree
