Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the growth dashboard and business reviews
• Partner with regional commercial teams and Growth verticals to drive clarity and action
• Map regional growth levers and define ICP, value propositions, and success metrics
• Run customer segmentation and ICP analysis with Revenue Strategy & Operations and Marketing
• Track the regional competitor landscape in the Growth space

Requirements

• 6 to 9+ years of experience in corporate/revenue/sales strategy, operations, or commercially focused roles
• Proven ability to execute strategic opportunities and process improvements
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience driving projects independently in ambiguous environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in top-tier management consulting or fintech
• Experience running value-based transformations in growth work streams
