Senior Manager - Growth & Revenue

Responsibilities

• Define and execute scalable, data-backed growth strategies across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue growth
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions and maintain performance dashboards
• Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies including performance marketing, organic, affiliates, and partnerships
• Optimize key commerce funnels such as product discovery, cart, checkout, and payments to drive AOV and revenue
• Drive repeat usage and customer loyalty through lifecycle marketing and personalized communication
• Lead an experimentation culture by designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
• Manage growth budgets and track performance against KPIs to maximize ROI
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of experience in a high-growth B2C commerce or e-commerce environment
• Proven track record of driving growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention at scale
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, commerce funnels, and user behavior analytics
• Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
