About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect brands, sellers, and enterprises in need of fulfillment services
  • Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Pitch fulfillment offerings including warehousing, inventory management, and pick/pack/ship services
  • Run product demos and explain integration capabilities with platforms like Shopify and Amazon
  • Negotiate commercials, finalize contracts, and close deals against targets
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to improve revenue per client
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and managers
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and reporting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience in e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, SaaS, or supply chain
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment, 3PL operations, and e-commerce workflows
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and commercial negotiation skills
  • Ability to run structured sales cycles and close medium-to-large deals
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven pipeline management
  • Experience leading and growing a team of sales professionals
