Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize full-funnel marketing programs using owned channels (email, push, in-product) and paid/social channels to drive adoption of digital payment products.
• Execute cross-channel campaigns and implement testing agendas to generate targeting and creative learnings.
• Lead MarTech initiatives by collaborating with Enterprise Platforms to pilot and migrate emerging payments onto new marketing technology infrastructure.
• Establish measurement attribution frameworks and build data pipelines to connect offsite, site, and product touchpoints.
• Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, analytics, and product management teams to accelerate product awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, business strategy, or integrated marketing campaign execution.
• 3+ years of experience working across owned and paid marketing channels to deliver direct response and engagement campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience in people management or overseeing the results of others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Growth Marketing experience at a tech company, specifically marketing B2C or B2B2C products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.
