About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of the Group’s business resilience and continuity capabilities
- Drive enterprise resilience programs, assurance activities and contingency planning initiatives
- Develop and enhance the Group’s Business Resilience Management System
- Provide enterprise wide oversight of business continuity, resilience assurance and compliance activities
- Oversee critical supplier relationships and resilience performance frameworks
- Partner with operational resilience and emergency response leaders to translate strategic objectives into practical outcomes
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business resilience, business continuity, governance, risk or compliance in complex, regulated environments
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Safety Systems or related discipline
- Expertise designing and implementing governance frameworks and assurance programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory and industry standards relating to business resilience and safety
- Experience leading compliance programs, regulatory engagements and audits
- Demonstrated success managing business continuity and crisis management programs
- Experience overseeing resilience technology platforms
- Strategic leadership capability and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication and program management skills
