Senior Manager, GRM RCM Program Testing

Responsibilities

• Drive an independent second-line challenge through thematic and targeted reviews to identify management blind spots and reinforce oversight.
• Conduct impartial validation to pinpoint gaps and recommend solutions for enhanced risk management, leveraging audit and regulatory findings.
• Test and assess the effectiveness, consistency, and alignment of risk oversight performed by Risk Management (Second Line).
• Develop and execute an annual risk-based testing plan focusing on key portfolios and regulatory priorities.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for executive management and directors, providing insights into the bank’s risk opportunities.
• Lead and develop staff through coaching, challenging assignments, and succession planning to build a high-performance team.
• Collaborate with internal auditors, testing teams, and enterprise risk data governance stakeholders to promote transparent communication.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience within the Financial Industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking and risk management practices, including the regulatory environment.
• Proven experience with Audit, testing programs, or quality assurance.
• Project Management experience in the banking industry with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data analysis and advanced Excel.
• Expert communication skills for interacting with Management and Executive leadership regarding material trends and policy breakdowns.
• Fluency in English.
