Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a global talent acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed recruitment team.
• Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders on forward-looking workforce planning.
• Establish consistent, scalable hiring standards and inclusive practices across all regions.
• Design and improve a human, values-led candidate experience.
• Own and evolve the TA tech stack to support global scale and efficiency.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Significant in-house talent acquisition experience across Europe, the US, and APAC.
• Proven track record of leading and developing distributed, global teams.
• Experience building or transforming TA functions within growing organizations.
• Strong understanding of global hiring markets and regional practices.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions, including Technology, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Ability to balance strategic direction-setting with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within fintech, financial services, or a regulated global business.
• Familiarity with modern ATS and sourcing tools, specifically Greenhouse and Dayforce.
