Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Global Supply Managers
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing strategy for a broad portfolio of commodities
• Design and implement a robust supplier risk management framework
• Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million dollar master service agreements and long-term supply agreements
• Act as a key liaison between GSM, Engineering, Finance, and Quality leadership
• Drive the implementation of scalable GSM tools and processes such as QBRs and supplier scorecards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing supply chain or procurement professionals in high-growth hardware or energy environments
• 7+ years of total experience in strategic sourcing
• Expertise in managing complex commodities including custom mechanical assemblies or electro-mechanical systems
• Expert-level understanding of commercial law and complex contract structures
• Deep expertise in advanced cost-modeling including Clean Sheet and Should-Cost analysis
• Proven track record of managing complex global supply chains and multi-tiered supplier relationships
