Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Global Supply Managers
- Oversee end-to-end sourcing strategy for a broad portfolio of commodities
- Design and implement a robust supplier risk management framework
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million dollar master service agreements and long-term supply agreements
- Act as a key liaison between GSM, Engineering, Finance, and Quality leadership
- Drive the implementation of scalable GSM tools and processes such as QBRs and supplier scorecards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing supply chain or procurement professionals in high-growth hardware or energy environments
- 7+ years of total experience in strategic sourcing
- Expertise in managing complex commodities including custom mechanical assemblies or electro-mechanical systems
- Expert-level understanding of commercial law and complex contract structures
- Deep expertise in advanced cost-modeling including Clean Sheet and Should-Cost analysis
- Proven track record of managing complex global supply chains and multi-tiered supplier relationships
