Senior Manager, Global Social & Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Scale global social channels and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Drive content velocity across video, carousels, and thought leadership
• Build and manage a global end-to-end influencer and creator programme
• Develop and manage executive social presence for leadership
• Own and scale community presence and day-to-day engagement
• Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks for social and influencer activity
• Manage agencies and production partners
• Lead social coverage for industry events and conferences
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, PR, and Product Marketing teams

Requirements

• 6–8 years in social media experience
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead role within B2B fintech, payments, or financial services
• Proven experience running end-to-end influencer programmes with measurable ROI
• Strong background in community management and audience building
• Experience building executive social presences
• Hands-on experience with social and community management tools
• Strong copywriting skills for platform-native content
• Analytical and data-driven approach to social performance
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving global organization
